10-12-25 Welly is a gentle little Cocker Spaniel who has joined us from a breeder in Ireland. She’s still unsure about approaching us in the kennel, but she is easy to scoop up and handle, and she accepts this with patience. Though a little coy, she has the softest, most endearing nature.She gets along beautifully with her kennel friends and clearly draws confidence from their presence. For this reason, Welly will need a kind resident dog in her new home who can show her the ropes and offer the reassurance she needs as she learns about life in a loving home.As she has never lived in a home before, Welly will need support with all the basics: house training, learning to walk on a lead, and understanding the rhythms of day-to-day family life. With time and gentle guidance, she will blossom.Our vets have found an ear infection in her right ear, which they will be investigating further to ensure she is comfortable and on the road to feeling her best.Welly is a truly special little soul.
