Windy

Windy is a gentle little girl who came to us from a breeder, hoping to find the peaceful, loving home she truly deserves. When she first arrived, life had been overwhelming for her so far, and she’s still learning to trust people. She can be touch sensitive and unsure of our intentions, but with patience, kindness, and the right environment, we believe she has every chance to blossom. Since her time in foster, she has begun to open up, and although she is still worried, she is beginning to trust and show her true and shining personality.What may look like baby steps to us are huge milestones for her. Although still touch sensitive, she will now cautiously accept gentle strokes while in her bed and has started taking treats from her trusted foster mummy. Each moment of progress shows her growing courage, and we couldn’t be prouder.Windy draws confidence from the dogs around her, often snuggling up with her kennel friends for comfort and reassurance.
