WISHES WOULD LIKE A HOME WITH HIS FRIEND WAFFLEWishes’ story is one that tugs at the heart. He arrived to us from a breeder, a timid little soul who had never known what it meant to be loved. Human kindness was a mystery to him, soft words and gentle hands were things he simply didn’t understand. When approached, he would shut down, not out of aggression, but out of quiet confusion and fear of the unknown.But in that darkness, a light appeared, a bond with another little dog, Waffle. From the moment they met, the two became inseparable. Where one goes, the other follows. They sleep curled up together, explore side by side, and lean on each other for comfort in moments of uncertainty.
