Meet Zeus our 7 year old Staffy gent. Zeus came to us as sadly his previous owners circumstances changed, meaning they were no longer able to provide Zeus the care he needed.He has a lovely history in his previous home, being an excitable but friendly lad with people. Here at Battersea we have seen the same loving chap who craves attention but is finding kennel life very stressful.Zeus loves a fuss but does get stressed with the more formal aspects of handling. We have seen that after giving him lots of stress reduction along with some training in this area he is getting much better but owners will need to continue with some training & building up positive associations in this area. With dogs unfortunately he was attacked as a puppy so he can be worried around dogs that approach him too quickly but with the right matches he is very happy to potter around with some of his calmer friends.Zeus is looking for a loving home somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of inner city life where ...
