Ziggy

This handsome Bull Lurcher arrived with us as an unclaimed stray. As soon as we posted Ziggy his old owner recognised him and got in touch. Ziggy had come from a much loved family, but unfortunately due to circumstances beyond their control they’d had to rehome him. The next thing they knew he was posted by us, safe in rescue. But he looked very different to the Ziggy they’d rehomed, he had some pretty nasty scarring mainly to his face but also to the rest of his body. We will never know what exactly happened to him in the months after he was rehomed and when he was picked up as a stray by us at WWP, but it’s obvious he fell into the wrong hands. Ziggy wasn’t only scarred but he was also extremely underweight, but despite his ordeal he remained a lovable dog who still adored people and his tail never stops wagging Fast forward a few months and he looks so much better.
