Alan

Scotland
SexFemale
Age2 years
BreedStaffordshire Bull Terrier x Jack Russell Terrier

Alan came to us from his owner, he arrived with Blue the Staffie. The boys exercise here together but bring out the worst in one another so rehoming them separately is probably in their best interest.Alan has had little training with lead walking and has not been allowed off lead, he is reactive to other dogs but as he and his brother would egg each other on he hasn’t had the opportunity to meet other dogs on his own, we will continue to try and work on his suitability around other dogs but for now, is likely best rehomed with an easy going female dog or on his own.He will chase cats and has never been around children so any children should be dog savvy and at least 10 years of age.Alan’s owner didn’t have a car so he isn’t used to it, but is not sick just anxious. As he is still working on recall, his own private and secure garden would be advantageous.

Areca is looking for a special home with bully experience. She is a lovely dog with humans, loves her food and enjoys a good cuddle but finds it difficult to get along with other dogs straight away. She has been known to forge relationships with a few selected dogs but only after slow and careful introductions. Because of this she is looking for an experienced home and could potentially live with children ages 13 or over but never with cats.

Barney

Essex

Staff/Cane Corso x Lab according to AI? 2 years old, neutered, vaccinated and microchipped - has also had awful large dangly rear dew claws removed.Super friendly boy although still slightly nervous of all the noise and chaos here. Came in with Fred , they are very attached but squabble for hierarchy so can be homed separately.Cats and other small furries are unknown and untested.Travels well so has previously been in a vehicle and can walk quite nicely on a lead and harness. We think Barney will be fine with calmer children from 6+Barney does ideally need a home that is willing to put some work in with him regarding commands etc and that will be repaid with the enormous amount of love he has to give, so affectionate. We would ideally like to see Barney go to a home where he is not going to be left for hours on end.A very secure garden with adequate height fencing is a must.

Meet Bonnie — our two-year-old English Bull Terrier cross with a personality as big as her ears.Bonnie came to us with several lumps, including one larger one on her side. She’s been incredibly brave, had them all removed, and we’re so pleased to say the results are back all clear. We’re not expecting any further issues, but if anything were to crop up in future, we would of course cover the cost of investigations and treatment and look at what’s going on.Now she’s healed, she’s more than ready to find her forever home.True to her breed type, Bonnie is:,As Stubborn as a mule• Strong on the lead but walks lovely on a headcollar• Comical and full of character• Absolutely brilliant companyShe will make you laugh every single day.Bonnie isn’t good at being left, so she needs a home where someone is around most of the time. She thrives on company and bonds closely with her people. She’s great with other dogs out and about, but we wouldn’t place her to live with another dog as she can be dominant and a bit over-the-top. She’ll do best as the only pet so she can soak up all the attention.Bonnie can be placed with sensible children over 10.BONNIE CAN NOT BE PLACED WITH CATS She’s a proper bull breed girl — loyal, loving, strong-minded and completely devoted once she’s yours.Bonnie has been through her little health scare and come out the other side. Now she just needs her happy ever after.. Experienced home needed. Home check and adoption process applyIf you’re ready for laughter, loyalty and a whole lot of personality, Bonnie might just be your girl ️To offer Bonnie her forever home please fully read all the information on the home page and then fill the online form in.

BreedStaffordshire Bull Terrier x Cane Corso

Meet Flynn – a sweet-natured boy with so much love to share Flynn is a handsome 5-month-old Staffy x Cane Corso who has already come an incredibly long way in a short space of time. Having been born and raised in one home without experiencing the outside world, everything is still very new to him and at times, a little overwhelming. Despite this, Flynn is making wonderful progress and is showing us just how gentle, loving, and eager to connect he truly is. Flynn is currently looking for a foster-to-adopt home, as he will need eye surgery. We want to find him a committed and compassionate family who can support him through his recovery and continue his journey as he grows in confidence. Because of his limited early experiences, Flynn will need a quiet, adult-only home with no other animals in the household. He is still learning about the world around him and will benefit from a calm, predictable environment where he can feel safe. In time, once he has settled and built up his confidence, we feel he could really benefit from positive, controlled interactions with calm and friendly dogs belonging to family or friends. Flynn is looking for a family who:

Joy, a 1 year old female Bull Terrier available for adoption from Forest Dog Rescue in West Midlands

Forest Dog Rescue

Joy

West Midlands
SexFemale
Age1 year
BreedBull Terrier

Meet our beautiful Joy who is as her name suggests, full of the joys of spring!!! Joy has come into us via the dog warden but we do have some history which will be given to those interested in rehoming her.Since stepping foot off the van Joy has been nothing but super friendly, happy-go-lucky, full of enthusiasm pup, her tail is always wagging and she is always happy to see you!Joy loves everyone, always wanting to make new friends however she hasn't quite got the hang off meeting people in a calm way, graciously asking for fuss instead opting for tail going like a whirlwind, jumping about and jumping up people in a bid to make them her new best friend - we are trying to work on this but with her excitement to be out of her kennel, it has been a challenge! On the lead she can walk well if she puts her mind to it but she can get distracted & excited often resulting in her towing you along or dancing about so further work will need to be done to tackle walking on a loose lead.In the playpen she loves running round as fast as she can however as she has limited spatial awareness you have to make sure your not in the firing line otherwise she may well bowl you over if she's not able to stop in time - bless her! We've not found her to be too interested in toys in the playpen more so interested in humans or running, but we do know she plays with toys in her kennel so there is a playful pup in there! We will be looking for a home to take her to training classes as although she is so lovely, not a bad bone in her she does lack in manners, overall obedience and calmness all of which some training classes will help to achieve.Joy will need an active home as especially in kennels she has no off switch, even when she's sat on a bench for a cuddle she just wants more and to be close to you so sitting still doesn't really happen but no doubt with lots of walks, training, mental stimulation and instilling some boundaries she will make a beautiful family dog!
