Are you right for Buzz?Buzz would love to have access to a private secure garden so that he can enjoy outdoor time and bask in the sun, but homes without a garden may be considered. Buzz can become mouthy when overexcited or overwhelmed so is looking for a home with just adults who are comfortable giving him the time to settle. We are looking for adopters that have the ability to separate him in the home due to this. He is happy to say hello and make friends with dogs out and about but can get a little too over the top off lead so is best suited to be the only dog in the home. He cannot live with cats but could live with small pets if they are kept separately from him. Buzz is looking for a home who are happy to keep him on lead out and about. He can struggle to settle during car journeys so a home where it isn't essential for him to travel frequently is best. Buzz will require home trials to help him settle into his forever home, therefore we are looking for adopters who live within 30 minutes of the Manchester centre to facilitate this.Is Buzz right for you?Buzz is our handsome 7-year-old Mastiff crossbreed looking for his forever home, he is enthusiastic for life and eager for his next adventure. Buzz hasn’t had the best of luck during his time with us but has a lot of love to give to his next home! This boy is the biggest lap dog you’ll ever meet; he is super food orientated too so this is great for his training, which he finds a lot of fun! In his previous home, Buzz could be left for up to 6 hours so could suit a working home. He enjoys spending his time here making new friends (people & dogs) and going for walking adventures with his pals.

Are you right for Ed?Eddie (aka Baby Hippo) is a fun-loving two-year-old Mastiff cross with the purest heart and the waggiest tail in the world! This gentle giant would be happiest as the only pet but he does have dog walking friends at the centre and the team are on board with helping new owners to achieve this. He can live with secondary school–aged children who are confident around larger dogs and is happy to be left for up to four hours once he’s settled. Eddie loves spending time with his favourite people, showing off his playful personality, and brightening every day with his affectionate, charming nature.Is Ed right for you?Eddie is tennis ball mad and would love nothing more than a stash of them to call his own! He’s a clever boy who enjoys learning new things and would benefit from ongoing positive training to help him shine even brighter. Eddie travels well in the car, loves being outdoors, and can’t wait for a family to show him the world. With a family willing to put in some training, Eddie is ready to be the best boy ever, bringing joy, laughter, and a lot of tail wags!

Fletcher is a big softie in a giant’s body—a true gentle goofball who loves nothing more than enjoying the great outdoors, having a play, and flopping down for belly rubs. He’s full of character and charm, and his affectionate nature makes him impossible not to love. He’d prefer to be the only dog in the home so he can soak up all the attention (and he really will!). Meet Jet – Our Brave Little Survivor Jet is a 1-year-old crossbreed with a story that truly tugs at the heartstrings. He came into our care via the police with a horrific tail injury, and understandably, during those early days of recovery he was unsettled and erratic. He’d clearly been through a lot. But as his tail has healed, so has his spirit Now, Jet is a completely different dog. His playful personality has blossomed and he’s showing us just how wonderful he really is. He absolutely loves his toys, will do just about anything for a tasty treat, and really enjoys getting out and about on his walks especially when he can carry his favourite squeaky toy along for the ride! Most of all, he is unbelievably affectionate – he greets everyone he meets with so much love and enthusiasm. Jet is still working on his lead manners, but he’s already making progress here and will continue to improve with consistent training and guidance. With a little more time for his tail to fully recover and some ongoing positive training, he will make an incredible companion. • Could live with older, dog-savvy children • Committed adopters willing to continue his training and support his recovery Jet has shown us that with patience, care, and love, he truly shines. Leia is a lovely lady that is very affectionate and playful. When she first meets you, she can be a bit nervous but in time she will warm up to you and becomes a very affectionate dog. Leia in her previous home lived with another dog but in the centre, we have seen she prefers her own company and can be quite vocal towards other dogs, so she is looking for a home where she is the only pet in the household. Are you right for Red?Red is a 6-year-old Bullmastiff Cross currently in foster care, where she has shown herself to be a friendly, curious, and affectionate companion. She enjoys meeting new people, though she prefers to introduce herself at her own pace and can sometimes be a little slow to initiate contact. Red forms strong bonds with her humans and thrives on companionship, but she does experience separation anxiety, so any time left alone will need to be built up gradually and with patience. She is fully housetrained and travels well in the car, making her a great partner for outings and adventures.Red is currently in Foster Care and therefore not available to view in the centre without a prior appointment. To show your interest in Red, please favourite her within your online application.Is Red right for you?Red loves being outdoors and exploring, happily enjoying walks of an hour or more, especially if she has her beloved ball to carry along—she’s always ready for a game of fetch. She is comfortable around smaller dogs and can pass them calmly, but she can feel nervous around larger dogs and may become vocal. For this reason, she would do best as the only dog in the home, though she could potentially live with cats or small furries. Red could also live with children aged 14 and over who have experience with larger breeds. She would benefit from a home with a private garden where she can burn off energy and relax—she particularly enjoys sunbathing. Above all, Red is incredibly cuddly and is looking for a patient, devoted home where she can feel secure and loved.
