BreedFinnish Spitz

2 year old neutered male Spitz.Loki is a kind-hearted, energetic, and playful boy. He loves his adventures but also appreciates the quiet moments in life. He can be vocal and reactive towards other dogs which although can be a trait of the breed, his appears to stem from uncertainty and fear of their intentions. Although he can be reactive due to anxiety and can sometimes show some sass towards people when challenged, this doesn’t define him. He’s a smashing little dog with a heart of gold, who simply needs a patient home that can help him grow in confidence and build up his social skills. ‍

Finnish Spitz crossbreed Black 5 Years (approx) Apply now Say hello to Mowgli, a cheerful, clever, and wonderfully friendly boy who’s been nothing short of a delight since arriving in our care. With his tail always wagging and nose to the ground, Mowgli absolutely loves life – and it shows in everything he does. Mowgli is a typical CollieFinnish Spitz mix: active, bright, a little quirky, and full of character. His favorite pastime is exploring the great outdoors, one blade of grass at a time! This boy takes his sniffing very seriously, so if you’re someone who enjoys relaxed but enriching walks where he can take his time investigating the world, Mowgli will be in his element. He’s also got a playful streak – especially when toys are involved. He’ll chase a ball with great enthusiasm… bringing it back, however, is still a work in progress! Mowgli is very intelligent and eager to please, and he’ll thrive in a home where he can continue his training and enjoy plenty of mental enrichment. As a typical collietype, Mowgli would do best in a calm, quiet home environment where he has space to settle and decompress. He does have a bit of a chase drive, particularly around moving vehicles, so he would be best suited to a less builtup area without fast or heavy traffic, where this can be safely managed and worked on through training. Mowgli has also recently shown positive and playful interactions with other dogs. As a result, a home with another suitably matched dog may be considered, pending successful introductions and compatibility assessments. Mowgli would suit: An active family or individual who enjoys the outdoors A quiet home environment A home willing to continue training and provide enrichment A household with children of any age A home with another suitably matched dog, subject to successful introductions This lovely boy has a heart as big as his personality and is ready to bring love, fun, and loyalty to his forever home.
