Cambridgeshire
SexFemale
Age4 years
BreedNeapolitan Mastiff

Clover is a 4 year old Cane Corso who has been heavily bred from in the past. She is a beautiful gentle soul that just wants to have a run and then a mooch about. She definitely gets a gold medal for having the biggest tongue ever. She walks nicely on the lead once she has burnt off some steam but can be very strong if she wants to go somewhere in a hurry. She is looking for an older family with plenty of space to have a mooch and a sniff. If you could offer Clover her forever home please contact louise@willowdalefarm,co,uk with your contact number and some information about you and your family.

Jodie, a 4 years old female Neapolitan Mastiff available for adoption from Three Counties Dog Rescue in Lincolnshire

Jodie

Lincolnshire

BreedNeapolitan Mastiff

Jodie is a Neapolitan Mastiff born approx January 2023. She has come to us because she was abandoned by her previous owner and left alone in a house.Jodie came to us suffering from cherry eye but she has now had the surgery to correct this and her eyes and sight are fine.Jodie is a smashing girl but it is apparent that she has not had much training or socialisation. We are currently working on her manners and stopping her from jumping up. She is a very large and strong girl so her new owner needs to have previous experience of large breed dogs and the strength to be able to walk her as she is currently very strong on her lead and pulls. We would advise a harness for proper control.Jodie has plenty of energy and enjoys being outside. She loves to have a fuss and loves her treats. She can be quite slobbery so if you don’t like dog slobber she isn’t for you!Because of Jodie’s size any children in her new family will need to be at least teenagers. Jodie seems to be ok with other dogs but we feel that she will be better in a home where she can be the only one. We do not know what she thinks of cats so a cat free home will probably suit her better. If you are interested in Jodie, please phone Gyll Mauchline (Between 9:00 and 17:00) on: 01778 424953 or 07708 589792. If you cannot get through, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible or Email GyllRe homing within a 50 mile drive of Bourne Lincolnshire. Please check the mileage before calling to avoid disappointment. High fencing required. Viewing by appointment only in between 10-3pm

Age4 years
BreedNeapolitan Mastiff

Lisa is an adorable 4-month-old crossbreed with a truly remarkable start to life. She and her five siblings were found abandoned in a cardboard box in Bosnia during freezing conditions when they were just 3 weeks old. Heartbreakingly, two of her siblings didn’t survive. With the help of Islay Dog Rescue and a local Bosnian shelter, Lisa and her three surviving siblings—Louis, Lily, and Lucky—were brought to the UK for a fresh start. Now thriving, Lisa is a happy, healthy, and lively little pup. Although the smallest of the litter at just 2.6kg, she more than makes up for it with her big personality! She’s a fun-loving, energetic bundle who adores attention and will happily demand belly rubs. Lisa is just beginning her big adventure and is looking for a loving home ready to guide her through all aspects of puppy training.Having never lived in a home before, Lisa will need support with toilet training and learning household routines. Staff and volunteers are continuing her socialisation and have started her lead training, and she’s making great progress. She’s friendly with both people and other dogs, and while she hasn’t yet met children, her young age and affectionate nature suggest she could do well in a family home—with supervised interactions, as with any puppy. Many shelter raised puppies may initially be alarmed by everyday household noises that they have not previously been exposed to, such as the TV or hoover, but with re-assurance and patience she should overcome this quickly. We believe Lisa will be a small-sized dog when fully grown.Lisa is fully vaccinated, microchipped, treated for parasites, and has been tested for Brucella. She also has her APHA passport. Her adopter will be required to sign a neutering agreement. Her adoption fee is £500, which goes directly toward helping save more dogs like Lisa.Could you be the one to give this tiny girl with the biggest personality the loving home she deserves?

Marge And Bart, a 5 years old unknown Neapolitan Mastiff available for adoption from Ryedale Dog Rescue in North Yorkshire

Ryedale Dog Rescue

Marge And Bart

North Yorkshire
SexUnknown
Age5 years
BreedNeapolitan Mastiff

This larger-than-life pair are believed to be mother and son or certainly closely related as they are so bonded to each other and their breed DNA tests would suggest this. Because of their bond we are looking to home them together. They were originally picked up as strays in a local town and remained unclaimed following the statutory claiming period. Marge is around 5 years old and has had her ears cropped and tail docked while Bart who’s around a year old hasn’t. The main breeds in their makeup are Cane Corso and Neapolitan Mastiff with small amounts of other mastiff breeds in there to. Marge is now fully vaccinated and spayed but has been bred from excessively prior to coming to us. She walks well on the lead and knows some basic commands. Bart due to his age has not been castrated as yet but this would need to be done by Ryedale Vets in around 12-18 months time. He also suffers from an eye condition known as Entropion which will require surgery when he’s a little older but is being monitored by the vets (cost covered by RDR). He is still very much a pup and so his on lead walking and learning basic commands are a work in progress!! They are both around 55kg at present, but Bart still has growing to do so could be around 65-70kg when fully grown. We are looking for a home with the time, patience and most importantly the space for 2 giant breed dogs and the experience of owning similar breeds before. They love to be out and about running and playing off lead so a large secure outdoor space is a must for this lovely pair.
