Our darling little Harriet arrived with us as a stray, sadly she wasn’t claimed so finds herself searching for a new family. We would love her to find herself a wonderful family who will absolutely adore and cherish her how she truly deserves.Harriet is a jolly girl who has loved everyone she has met, she is very sociable and loves attention.Harriet knows all basic commands and is generally very well behaved, sadly though, she doesn’t enjoy the company of all dogs, she shows signs of perhaps having bad experiences previously which has resulted in her sometimes needing her own space. This is something we are working on and any new owner would need to be committed to the continuation of her training and socialisation.A semi rural/ rural home would be best suited so that she can gain confidence without too much pressure. As we have no previous history for Harriet, any resident children in the home would need to be 12 years +, she can also be quite boisterous when excited.A beautiful girl that needs a second chance with a responsible owner by her side.

BreedOld English Sheepdog

22-06-26 Molly is a gorgeous, happy girl who has come to us from a breeder. She has a friendly, waggy nature and absolutely adores both her kennel friends and the people she meets.Molly is confident enough that we would consider homing her as an only dog in the right circumstances, as long as her adopters were around most of the time. She does also enjoy the company of other dogs and could happily live with kind resident dogs who don’t mind sharing their space. At the moment she does need to be fed separate from other dogs, so this is something her adopters would need to continue if she was homed with another dog.Molly is easy to handle and has a loving temperament, making her a joy to be around. She has met ducks and has been fine around them, and we are told she has experience living around older children, so she could live with older, dog-savvy teenagers who understand the importance of giving her time to settle in.Although we think she may have lived inside a home before, she may still need to learn all about things like house training. Molly does walk nicely on a lead, but will still benefit from ongoing gentle guidance to help her feel fully confident when out and about. She already knows her name well, so this will need to be kept in her new home. With her affectionate nature and cheerful personality, she is sure to fit right into a loving and welcoming home.Molly has come to us with a Grade 1 heart murmur that will need to be monitored for any future treatment she may need. Our vets have also noted that she has narrowed ear canals.Molly has a travel document.Molly has been given the Gift of Life by Kristy Nolan

BreedOld English Sheepdog

25-03-26 Orthello is an active Old English Sheepdog who has come into our care from a breeder in search of a new start. He is full of life and personality, enjoying lots of fuss and actively seeking out attention. He is happy to take treats from our hands and is already showing himself to be a friendly and affectionate boy.Orthello gets on wonderfully with other dogs, so he would be happy to share his home with canine companions. He is also confident enough that he could live as the only dog, as long as his adopters are around much of the time to keep him company and meet his need for interaction. As Orthello has never lived in a home before, he will need guidance with house training, lead training, and all the basics of home life. He is already making a good start with lead walking and is doing well, so once settled, he would enjoy one or two walks around the local area to help build his confidence and routine.Orthello could share his home with dog-savvy teenagers who understand that he will need a gentle introduction to the home and his own space to settle in. He will need an active home where he can burn off his energy and stay busy, as he clearly enjoys being on the go and involved in daily life.Orthello has arrived with bilateral retained upper canines, which will need to be addressed with his new vets, at the time of his neutering when he is old enough. He is a confident, loving boy with a fun and lively nature, and he will make a fantastic companion for a home that can match his energy and enthusiasm. We ask that puppies are neutered at the appropriate age and attend training sessions to help them grow into happy, well-behaved dogs.Orthello has been given the Gift of Life by Paula Elliott
