The Sabueso, most often the Sabueso Español, is a traditional Spanish hunting hound used to track game by scent. It has a short coat, distinctive long ears, and a calm, affectionate manner at home. Sabuesos are frequently imported to the UK by Spanish rescue organisations and can make devoted family dogs when their exercise and scenting needs are met.
